I have over 15 years of experience in the professional services space, focused on Talent Acquisition and Enablement.
During my 12+ years in Talent Acquisition for the global tech-enabled legal services provider, Axiom, I led recruiting in North America, developed countless recruitment processes and policies, built and managed several recruitment teams, and partnered closely with senior stakeholders on hiring needs. In 2022, I had the opportunity to expand my skillset and transitioned to become the Director of Talent Enablement. As the global Talent Enablement lead, I established Axiom’s Talent Enablement strategy, enhanced team performance through a variety of trainings and educational content, and worked cross-functionally to advance corporate initiatives and organizational goals, with a particular focus on revenue generation and change management endeavors.
Throughout my career, I’ve learned to thrive in a fast-paced environment and developed a passion for high-growth organizations as Axiom evolved from an emerging company to the world’s largest and fastest growing non-traditional provider of legal services.
